I am looking for a lodger. Someone friendly with good manners, clean habits, quiet and respectful. I would prefer someone in work or studying. There is a choice of two spare rooms as I only intend to rent out one. . There are 2 bathrooms so tenant could use separate bathroom. Available now, sharing with house owner in 4 bed detached house backing onto beautiful Ravenor Park.
Suit quiet professional/student male or female.

Greenford (central line) is the nearest tube it takes me 17 mins to walk there. There is a good network of buses - especially to Ealing/Heathrow.

Rent is £700 per month
2 weeks deposit, 2 weeks advance rent.
English/Spanish spoken
