Double Bedroom to Rent

Looking for a friendly young professional to join our newly refurbished and clean home. Our roommate is moving out and we’re looking for someone to replace her in this spacious, loft double bedroom with a storage cupboard. Available from end of February.

We’re two young working professional women. We like to keep things clean and always tidy up after ourselves. We’re usually quiet and in our rooms, but occasionally like to watch shows together in the living room, have chats, go on outings and cook dinners for each other once in a while.
(You’d be sharing a bathroom with one housemate, as one of us has an en-suite.
The housemates that share the bathroom currently take it in turns clean it on a weekly basis).

The house is a 7 min walk from West Harrow Stn, 10 min walk from North Harrow Stn, 17 min walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill Stn (with access to Kings Cross St Pancreas Stn in 40 min), and 27 min walk (15 min via bus) from Harrow & Wealdstone Stn.
Closest Trainlines are Metropolitan, Bakerloo, Overground/National Rail & Piccadilly.

There are plenty of amenities within a 20 minute walk, or 7 min bus ride, to Harrow-on-the-Hill Stn. Two malls sit in the town centre.
