Hello there, I have a lovely, fully furnished double room available to rent in Harrow and Wealdstone.

At the moment I am offering a 3 to 6 month tenancy but it could be available for longer, please get in touch for more information!

I'm renting out privately so no agency fees to pay at all :)

My house is situated on a very nice, very quiet dead-end street (so no traffic driving past), in a great location. There are lovely neighbours and the house is close to everything you need but far enough away that it is very quiet.
The house is 5 minutes walk from Harrow and Wealdstone station (fast overground train runs direct to euston and takes 12-15 minutes; also bakerloo line to elephant and castle and a non-fast train which runs to euston also but with stops along the way).

Harrow on the hill is a 15-20 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. Going from Harrow on the hill to this house, the buses stop outside a church which is 2 minutes walk from the house.
At Harrow on the Hill you have shopping centres, banks and the tube station with the metropolitan line and overground to Marylebone.

From the house, it is a 2 minute walk to the high street with most banks, fruit/veg markets, Tesco, sainsbury's & Iceland supermarkets.
There are also 2 super stores, a Tesco (15 minutes walk) and a Morrison's (20 minutes walk).
There are also a few nice parks nearby.

The house itself! It is a Victorian terraced house which has a large garden. I recently built a lovely fire pit in the garden which we've all been enjoying!
There is a lounge which has a wood burning stove and low Moroccan style seating which I built (great for having people round).
There is a small kitchen with gas oven, grill and hob and a pantry under the stairs. The bathroom is downstairs, I recently redecorated it and there is both a bath and a newly installed electric shower.
Downstairs there is a third double bedroom.

The bedroom I am currently advertising is upstairs. It is carpeted, has a wardrobe, built in shelving and a bamboo drawer unit.

The room has a window which looks out on the garden and the original Victorian fireplace (not in use) and mantel.

There is a third box room which has a fold out bed for guests, but is primarily used for storage. There is a huge amount of space in the attic for storage also.

About the current tenants: A couple live in the downstairs bedroom, I've lived with them and they're lovely and we all got along great.
A female tenant has the master bedroom upstairs and she's lovely too, really tidy and everyone is friendly :)

Everyone is very lovely and friendly and everyone pitches in to keep the place clean and tidy, it really is a nice place to live and has a nice atmosphere :)
