We are Hannah 22, and James 25 both professionals working in central london we have a 2 bed ground floor apartment in Harrow, we are looking for a professional to rent the spare room.

Its a large fully furnished bedroom.

There is a brand new modern kitchen and a shared bathroom.

There is parking spaces behind the flat and space on the road, it is a ground floor flat down a quiet road.

The real benefit of the flat is that it is 2 mins walking distance from West Harrow Station and 10 mins walk from North Harrow station which is on the Metropolitan Line, which we both take everyday into central which takes about 25 minutes.

At the end of the road is a Tesco Express and if you walk 15 minutes you will be in the centre in the St Anns and Georges Shopping Centre which has a vue cinema, all the main highstreet shops and lots of restaurants.

There is also a gym within walking distance and lots of restaurants, lovely surrounding areas such as Pinner, Hatch End and Harrow on the Hill.

We like to keep busy at the weekends so aren't likely to be in the flat all the time.

Rent is £600pcm inc of all bills and fast broadband.
