Short Term Let Double Room, Harrow on the Hill

Hello Potential Housemate

I'm looking for a tenant to move into my my spacious house in Harrow on the Hill. The property is 3 stories, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, a lounge/sitting room and outdoor balcony/terrace on the middle floor and open plan basement kitchen and dining room on the ground floor along with a shower and utility room. I also have a courtyard with garden furniture/ BBQ etc. The house is clean, modern with brand new bathrooms and lovely furniture, two outdoor areas so also great in the summer.

I'm looking for a new housemate to share with as my current one is moving with work. I work in Central London and am out a lot of the time, however want someone easy going to live with who is friendly and relatively tidy like myself.
