On the ground floor there a shared 32 foot kitchen /diner opening up onto a 76 foot garden.

Move in date 1st Feb. En-suite currently being fitted, you may view now if you wish but will need to use your imagination.

Rent to include all bills, including community charge, super fast broad band and utilities, cleaner of common parts and a gardener.

Harrow and Wealdstone which is 12 Mins journey time to London Euston and West harrow and North Harrow which is 25 mins to Baker Street. both 10 minute walks.

2/3 minute walk to a beautiful park and 10 mins to Harrow Town Centre with Shopping and Cinema.

The house will a male and female mix and will not discriminate via race, religion or sexual orientation. It will be a quiet house and we will look for ages around 25 - 35 although some flexibility. We would prefer English to be spoken as communication will be required in a shared home.

Landlord/lady has been renting for 15 years. Is CRB checked and is trustworthy and professional. We do not live in but we live near by.

A cleaner will come once a week and clean the communal areas. Broadband and utilities to be paid by Landlord.

The house is 2, 000 square feet and in one of the most desirable roads in Harrow.

Credit Check will be required which will cost the tenant £30. Lease will be provided by the Landlord at no extra charge. A letter will be required from your employer and previous landlord. I will consider people with no references but rent will need to paid in advance and a three month deposit will be required.

All deposits will be registered and held by and independent regulated third party and you will be provided with documentation regarding this.

The maximum occupancy of this room is two people. These people need to be adults (over 18).
