We have a lovely double room available in Harrow for a single person (no couples, sorry). Rent is £580 per month and it includes bills. There is unlimited BT wireless broadband.

You will be sharing the flat with 1 other flatmate.

The double room comes furnished with IKEA furniture and has plenty of room. It has loads of storage space with 2 double wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a work table and chair, coffee table and a sofa to relax on. The double bed features a new mattress.

There is gas central heating throughout the property.

There is a large shared modern kitchen/diner with all facilities including a new washing machine.

There is a lovely large private garden.

The house is in a great location. In terms of grocery shopping there is a big Tesco only 3 mins walk away and Harrow town Centre is 5 mins away, where they have multiple shops and restaurants, including Boots, Next, Wilkinsons, Nando’s, VUE Cinema, and fitness gyms.

There are excellent transport links to Central London; Harrow-on-the-Hill (Metropolitan Line) tube station is about 6mins walk away and Harrow & Wealdstone overground station direct to Euston approximately 10-12mins walk.

The University of Westminster, Harrow campus, is only 20mins walk away or even shorter if you take a bus or tube. So this location will work perfectly if you are a student at Westminster.

There is 1 professional female currently occupying the flat, so the total number of flatmates would be 2. We like to keep the atmosphere at the apartment friendly and relaxed and our tenant enjoys quite a quiet lifestyle. (So if you are looking for a place to stay where you could constantly bring your friend to visit or throw parties etc. this is not the place for you).

Please bear these things in mind if you are considering responding to this ad. For that reason, we would prefer a working professional but we will consider a post graduate student as well, but not really anyone who's under 22 years old. We expect everyone to behave like adults and also to look after the flat so that it remains in a condition that everyone enjoys to use.
