The house is lovely. It's clean and tidy and has a large open plan living space with kitchen, dining table and sofas. There is also a large garden at the back and two parking spaces on the driveway.

There are two bathrooms and three toilets. It is fully equipped with gas central heating, gas cooker, oven grill and microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It even has all the plates pots and pans so you can just bring your suitcase!

This is an exclusively student house, but not a party house. You will be sharing the house with a relaxed, friendly and respectful group of people of mixed backgrounds and ages who all study at university.

The rent is ALL BILLS INCLUSIVE - you will never have to pay anything more. Also provided is a weekly housekeeper.
