Friendly mother and son looking for a professional

Hi there, friendly black british mother and 24 yr old son, looking for a professional young person to rent our single room in our family home. The room although small is clean, newly decorated with a new bed, and new wardrobe. It is compact but cosy. We have a lovely rooftop terrace with idyllic views of Harrow on the Hill, and a huge shared garden. We are 10 minutes walk either way to Harrow on the Hill or South Harrow station (zone 5). There are plenty of amenities in our vicinity. We are both smokers and have a cat! All bills and Wifi included. £300 deposit required. Available now, would prefer a female. No DSS and please do not call if you are only wanting the room for a few weeks. Thanks
