7 minute walk from Harrow on the Hill and West Harrow tube stations, Shopping Center with all the high street stores. 20 minutes to Baker Street.
The room available is a double, furnished with a double bed and wardrobe located on the first floor.
The house is a large 4 bed property across 3 floors with a large communal living room and farmhouse style kitchen which opens out into a conservatory and a garden. There are two bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Rent is £510 per calendar month inclusive of bills. This includes virgin TV and internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax. Parking permits are available for either 6 month or 1 year duration from the local council for around £100 per year. Deposit is £430.
There is currently 1 guy and 3 girls living in the house in their early 30’s.
