I am a friendly live in landlord, I am a professional, I am looking for nice friendly tenants to come join us in a place We call home.

I am a very easy going down to earth people. Not bossy but only ask for the house to be kept clean and tidy for everyone.
Double room is fully furnished with a new double bed and wardrobe.


There is a shared bathroom (which has never been an issue as we all use it at different times and it is always kept clean) .
The kitchen is fully equipped plus a washing machine and utensils.

There is parking on the street with no parking restrictions.
Local amenities and the gym walking distance.
Harrow and wealdstone train station with 15 mins into central London connections, Watford, bham, Croydon and many more again walking distance.
There are also buses at walking distance that can take you into locals shopping area, Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow on the hill or Edgware, Watford.

We are both understanding, easy going, and do like to relax and respect everyone privacy.
