This room comes fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You also have your own fridge and microwave for your convenience. You will have use of downstairs shower room and all mod cons. I require a working professional or full time student as to fit in with the rest of the household. I will consider week only renting with a reduction in the rent.
