Single room to rent in Harrow Weald

I am a live in Landlord with my wife in my 3 bedroom, family home in Harrow Weald.

I currently have one lodger who rents the larger double room. I have now decided to rent my good sized single room.

I also have two pet cats so being animal friendly is a must.

Have a large kitchen and second reception room, we will provide you will a small fridge and there will be access to a freezer. We have BT Wifi and Sky TV. If sky is wanted in the room this can be discussed for an extra cost.

There is plenty of street parking available and permits are not required.

Very good travel links. Bus stops at the end of the street for routes: 182/140/340/258/N18. 10 -15 minute bus journey to Harrow on the Hill station. Met line and Chiltern Railways. 10-15 minute walk to Harrow & Wealdstone train station. Bakerloo line, Overground Line to Watford and Midland Trains North. (17 minutes fast train to London Euston)

Must be able to provide two references and two weeks rent up front.
