I'm pleased to offer a double room in this bright and spacious house complete with its own garden and set within a peaceful cul-de-sac. This home is a few minute's walk to Hatch End station along with all the useful amenities of the high street. Parking is freely available and there is a good amount of storage at the property. The room is fully furnished to include a double bed, mirrored wardrobes, desk and cupboards, and you will of course also have access to all communal areas which include furniture suite, large projector for television, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a bath plus power-shower and the house is alarmed, double-glazed, with gas central heating throughout.

About me: I'm a 30 year old British male professional. I'm rather house-proud and therefore can be particular about how communal areas of the house are kept, but don't let that put you off; I'm an easy going guy who enjoys watching films/TV or playing around on the Xbox.

Please note I have a beautiful and incredibly affectionate cat, pictured.

The rent is £550 per calendar month which includes all bills such as council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband (the house is complete with Wi-Fi).
