Clean, Airy Double Room

This is a bright airy garden facing double room. First to see it would love it - these rooms when available normally go to the first person who sees it. There are two toilets with shower and one bath. The wet room downstairs is used by the male flatmate and the upstairs shower/bath is used by the females. I am looking for a professional female. as currently there is a female in the adjacent room upstairs. I am the landlord and live next door to the property. I am always on hand if needed. The current flatmates are very quiet and peaceful people. I will need references from current landlord and work place. There is a nice garden to the rear of the property, plenty of off street parking in front of the house. It only takes 2 minutes to get to the bus stop that takes you straight into Heathrow Airport or you can take a 10 minute walk to Hayes & Harlington Train Station.
