Free Single Room Exchange 4 Dogsitting & Cleaning

Hi,

I am offering free accommodation with in exchange for dog sitting/walking and light cleaning.

It is a single furnished room.

You will be living with myself, and two friends.

We are a quiet and friendly household. You would have to be a dog lover obviously, trustworthy, and reliable. Character references may be required.

You would be required to look after our dogs mainly during the weekend, an evening walk on a daily basis for an hour by 6pm the latest is mandatory, and sometimes a morning walk by 10am might be required.
If you are in employment I am open to discussion with regards to how we can best work around your schedule. However if you have a full-time 9 to 5 job, I kindly request that you do not contact me as I do require someone home during a large part of the daytime.

Cleaning duties involve general light cleaning - vacuuming, dusting etc - Duties will be clearly outlined before commencing agreement. However we are generally a very tidy and clean household.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is genuinely going through a difficult time or is down on their luck, but this is not a free ride. It is also a good opportunity for someone who is new to the country and is finding their feet. Therefore please only contact me if you are serious and willing to carry out the duties outlined in return for a break from the financial pressures of life for a while.

House is located 3 or 4 minutes walking distance from Hayes and Harlington station:
- Approx 20 mins overground train to Paddington
- Easy transport links to Heathrow
- 3 minutes walk to bus stop - transport links to Uxbridge, Greenford, Southall, Ealing etc.
- Within walking distance to Hayes town centre

- Fully furnished with all mod cons including washing machine
- Shared bathroom, kitchen and dining space
- Broadband & Sky TV included
- Private garden and large garage - can be used for storage
- Ample parking space

Due to being a private and quiet household - Limited visitors please.
