Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom and all the bedrooms are for strictly single occupancy. The double room is fully furnished (double bed with visco elastic mattress, frost free fridge freezer, study table and chair and cupboard). Rent: £800 and deposit: £800. Available from 2nd May. Size of room: 13.5 m2.

• Electricity, gas, water, high speed BT infinity broadband and council tax are all included in the rent. On street parking is free.

• One communal living room, one communal dining room, and one large kitchen with 2, four gas burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 2 sink drainers, 2 washer/dryers and one American style fridge freezer.
