Looking for laid back 20 - 30 year old to rent Double Room in two bedroom flat/maisonette. Not looking for someone who is just going to sit in their room all the time! Full access to kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. Please try and be courteous on weekdays and do not have people round too late.

Rent is £525 PCM and room is fully furnished and is inclusive of all bills (includes 50MB Virgin Internet and TV licence as well with FreeView). If you are interested in a SKY TV or sports channels that can be arranged.

Flat is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to hounslow Overground station, which gets you into central london (waterloo) in about half an hour.
It's also a short walk from the underground stations (hounslow central/east) 25 minutes or 8 minute bus ride. This will also take about 40 minutes for central London. Flat is also very close the Heathrow Airport.

There is a Tesco Metro within a 5 minute walking distance from the flat, and also lots of takeaways and corner shops directly across the road.
Hounslow high street is about a 20 minute walk from the property.
