Double room in beautiful riverside location

I have a double room available in a beautiful riverside location. The room is on the ground floor of a townhouse, with its own doors onto a shared patio garden and communal grounds leading down to the river. The development itself is a private gated, safe cul de sac in Old Isleworth, a short distance from The Apprentice pub.

You will be sharing with myself, the owner of the property, my 10 year old son and one other female lodger currently staying here.

There are separate cooking facilities for your use in the shared utility room on the ground floor, together with a shower room on the ground floor (which is shared, but we mainly use the bathrooms upstairs).

The room would be ideal for a professional person who wants their own space away from the main living space I share with my son.

It is on the H37 bus route, with both Richmond and Hounslow centres a short bus ride away. It is around a 20 minute walk to St Margarets or Richmond stations and around 15 minute walk to Isleworth station. Swimming pool and gym close by.

Broadband access and bills included (excluding telephone).

Unfortunately parking is not (easily) available but there is storage for a bike.
