Clean & tidy house, property boosts recent refurbishment and large garden, kitchen, central heating, wireless broadband. Lovely semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished to a high, modern standard throughout, located on very quiet residential street.

Sharing: We are Hindi/English speaking couple from central part of India, with a 6 year old daughter. We are strictly pure vegetarian with love for food and healthy eating. I work in Investment Bank, and wife is a Health & Beauty Consultant. It’s a massive house with 1st bedroom for us, 2nd for daughter, 3rd loft room for arts and exercise, and the 4th one is available to share.

Pay only for number of times you are planning to have meals at home (to avoid wastage).

Domestic Help: we currently pay a baby sitter to come every Wednesday evening, for 3-4 of hours.
If you can take care of that job, we can negotiate reduction in food cost.

Security: Burglar alarm + 24 hour CCTV recording and monitoring of the house
