Spacious double room located at the back of the house ,overlooking garden . I am looking for a professional person if possible but not exclusively. I am a retired teacher who enjoys going out and socialising. I would expect a lodger in my house to respect my privacy and I would respect hers. She would have full use of the facilities in my house , except the phone. She could have friends visiting but not staying overnight.
