Double room with ensuite shower/WC

I have a double room available in my mid-terrace house from 30 March 2015. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5mns walk from the Old High St, Northwood (2 newsagents, 3 cafes, 1 restaurant) and 15mns walk from Northwood Hills (Met line tube, shops, restaurants) and Northwood (Met line tube, shops ,restaurants). For leisure 5 mns walk from Haste Hill Golf course, and Ruislip Woods, with extensive footpaths, leading to Ruislip Lido (30 mns walk from house).
The room has an ensuite shower/washbasin/WC, large double bed with storage, chest of drawers and small table and seat, clothes hanging space. You would have shared use of the fully equipped kitchen, separate fridge, eating area, outside patio and small garden. Parking for one car in drive. The other 2 bedrooms are occupied by myself and another female tenant. I am retired and the existing tenant is studying full time.
I am looking for a female tenant or a couple(for a couple rent is £650).
