Newley re-furnished flat looking for new room mate

I bought the flat in January, it is on the ground floor and had been compleltey reburbished. The is a large living space with dining area and seperate large kitchen. The bathroom is brand new. My partner and i are both teachers, work full time and are pretty laid back. We both often work evenings and weekends, when we are at home we generally enjoy to cook.

The room is a fully furnished double complete with brand new bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves. We are looking for someone friendly, easy going and reliable.
