Super LARGE & bright Loft Room for a professional

enough space for two more double beds!

We are live-in landlords and would like to let out a bright and spacious (can easily take three double beds with space to spare - this description is only an illustration of space) loft room to a quiet, hassle free professional. We are both professionals and appreciate our peace and quiet and hope you do too. We also have a 18 month baby in the house.

We are only looking to share the kitchen and garden with the tenant but the loft is large enough to accomodate a small table and a settee.

The tenant will have their own large toilet and bathroom with a power shower.

The property backs on to a park and the room has beautiful views of the park and the garden. Please do get in touch if you would like to arrange a viewing, briefly describing yourself, your profession and who your referees will be (ideally two; one employer and previous landlord).

We encourage tenants especially requiring a room between Mon-Fri to get in touch - the rent will be flexed to reflect this.

Rent includes ALL bills. Tenant will share the broadband, garden and the washing machine.

Tenant will only be responsible for upkeep of the room rented and the bathroom. It goes without saying that the common areas (kitchen and garden)should be kept clean as a matter of etiquette.
