7 min Richmond Train station by bus (choice of 4 buses) or 15 min walk.. River walk - 3 min. Off street parking.

Broadband WIRELESS INTERNET - Virgin Media.

The room has HEMNESS Day bed THAT set as a double 200cm x 80 cm, or could be minimised to a single to create more space ( single mattress available for that). Matress is new and is still packed.

It is a family environment.
Ideally looking for a friendly, clean and tidy non-smoking professional, strictly single occupancy, no couples, no guests, thank you.

I am a professional who is also requalifying in the evenings and Saturdays and studying in the evening. Looking for equally busy professional.

Furniture that is on order for the room:
- Tall book shelf to go behind the desk ( separate foto)
- a tall white wardrobe with two draws instead of grey on the photo

Further additions:
- Kitchen to have a table and two chairs
- One storage shelf to be made available in the Hallway
- (with a time maybe TV to be added to the kitchen on a bracket)
