The flat is 2 mins walk from the River Thames, 10 mins walk from St Margarets and about the same to Richmond Riverside. The walk to Richmond Station takes about 20 mins. Buses to Hampton, Twickenham etc. leave from the bus stop around the corner. It's easy to park in the road outside (with permit) and there is also space in the bike shed for a bike.

This is a great location for getting into London, and there are lots of parks, restaurants and pubs nearby.

The room contains: a new double bed, a storage cupboard, a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, two bedside tables, lamp etc. You'll have the second bathroom to yourself.

The flat also has: washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, large television, PS3 and Apple TV.

About me: Teacher. Home in the evenings and usually around at weekends. Friendly, clean, very tidy and good to live with. Happy to go out for drinks/watch films etc.

I'd like to find a flatmate I get on well with, and who is willing to take good care of the place. I'm keen on reading, running, watching/playing football, box sets, drinks in the pub - all the usual.
