Room 2 has a double bed with built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, shelves, mirror and a desk.
A TV with freeview can be supplied, unless you are an avid online streamer.

The house is in excellent decorative order with all possible amenities ie microwave, wireless broadband, washing machine etc..

The bathroom is modern with an overhead shower and separate bath. Separate sitting and dining areas. There is a large garden. You will have access to the bathroom and kitchen, dining room/conservatory (washing machine/dryer/cooking facilities)

Both rooms would suit a professional individual working in the Central London area, or in the Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey areas as there are close commuting links by car to A40/M40 and M25.

Within 1 min walk of South Ruislip Train/Tube (Zone 5) station (Central Line) and a parade of shops. You can be in Oxford Street in 25 minutes/Liverpool Street in 50 minutes/Marylebone in 15 minutes.

You will be sharing with 2 adults and a cat

The rent is £400pcm for the single and £500pcm for the double, paid in advance and includes all utility bills inclusive of wireless broadband.

A refundable security deposit of £250 (single)/£300 (double) will be required, along with references.
