I have a light, sunny well furnished modern double room to rent in my Ruislip home for two months (max 3months) starting from August 1st. It comes with broadband and a lovely view over the garden. Gas and elex bills are included. Phone is not. The bathroom with bath and separate power shower is shared. I would ask for 1 months rent in advance as deposit.

You would have full use of my home which is a sunny Edwardian house lovingly restored, with a mature garden and studio. I am seeking a professional female but would take a student if mature enough in attitude to treat my home with respect. Ideally someone who is clean and tidy please!!
I am a marketing and event professional with a wide range of interests. So although I love the tranquillity of my home and garden I lead a busy life! I also work as a voice artist and have a home office. I am also a potter.

My home is about a five minute walk from Ruislip High Street, and about a five minute walk to a choice of tube lines either at Ruislip Manor or Ruislip stations. There is off street parking for your car.
I am a practising Christian and there are Catholic, Baptist and C. of. E churches all within a 5-10 min walk from my home.

Ruislip has beautiful woods and surroundings, and yet it is only 40 mins by tube from my home to Oxford Street. There are a range of health and fitness facilities again within walking distance.
