It is ideally suitable for a single, professional person who is perhaps contracting away from home.

The property itself is decorated and maintained to a high standard. It is extremely clean and very well kept.

The room is fully furnished with new excellent quality double bed, fitted wardrobes, and a desk area.

The house has a designer Italian bathroom plus a downstairs WC. A kitchen and diner is available for your use fitted with a modern kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher and Fridge.

There is a garden and a garage at the back however these are NOT included.

There is off street parking available plus a dropped kerb so that between us we can park 2 cars. There is also plenty of on street non-restricted parking.

The property is on Field End Road, and both Eastcote Station, and South Ruislip are only walking distance. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk, and you will have excellent connections to the M40/major roads.

There is wireless internet available at the house which is included in the rent. The prices quoted above include all bills: Council tax, Gas, Electric, Water & TV Licence.

I am seeking a sensible, quiet, tidy professional person who is responsible and looking for a quiet, private place to stay.
