Good size double bedroom

I have a good size double room and a large single room available to rent on a short term basis. Both rooms are fully furnished and have their own TV/DVD with Virgin Media TiVo service and WiFi. Shared kitchen, breakfast room and bathroom. Bedding is provided and rooms will be cleaned each weekend.

Double room: £155 per week (occupied)
Single room: £135 per week (available now)

Suitable for someone working on a short term contract in the area to use as a base during the week, and who will return home for weekends. I am not looking for a full time/permanent lodger.

The house is 8-10 minutes walk from Shepperton Station and 1 mile from Shepperton Studios.

Street parking is available with no parking restrictions or permits.

Single occupancy only - no couples or sharing please. No smokers.

I have an 11 month old puppy, so you would need to be animal friendly please!
