Double room is in the new build development on the third floor. Flat is one year old only.
Room comes furnished with single bed and wardrobe. If you require a desk or any other furniture, we can provide that for you.
Flat has two double bedrooms with en suite and family bathroom which will be mainly used by the tenant.
Living room is very bright and spacious with balcony, leading to the kitchen.
Kitchen is pretty spacious with a dining table.
Location 10-15 min walking distance to South Harrow (Piccadilly Line) and Rayners Lane(Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line).

We are a professional couple who works in catering industry, with shift graphics.
We are looking to let out the room to responsible and tidy person.
