Looking for a person to make our spare double bedroom their new home. Great room with lots of natural light, storage, and hard wood floors. Property is fully furnished and filled with personal artwork and design inspired furniture. Not immaculate but pretty tidy in general. Hoping any tenant would be just as courteous with the place!
Coby, our dog, is very mellow at home and gets very excited when going out to burn off some energy. Content with being alone, but loves being a shadow sometimes if entertained.
House is pretty empty during the day and quiet evenings cooking dinner, watching tv, doing late night work. Viewings available late evenings or weekends!
