Furnished Room in Staines Upon Thames

Currently seeking applications from a (ideally gay) male to join our household.

About Us: Currently there are 3 of here, formed of one married (gay) couple + one single (gay) male. We have all lived together for over 5 years and get on like a house on fire.

About You: Need to be able to have a laugh, be confident, respectful, considerate and chip in with house-chores. Ideally you will not have much to bring as the room is fully furnished and there is limited storage within the house (although suitcases in the loft - not an issue).

About the Location: We are walking distances from staines town centre, and a 10 min walk from staines train station that has a fast train to waterloo every 15 minutes. Not far from Egham, Chertsey or Windsor with easy access to the M25. Heathrow as we are less than 15 minutes from T5. Parking at the property is limited and it can be a squeeze but there is parking nearby.

About the Room: It comes furnished, free standing wardrobe, double bed with memory foam mattress and bedside cabinets + Flat screen TV and a set of bed linen. Happy for occupants to hang pictures should they wish .

About the House: We live in a large detached property within a quiet cup-de-sac, Parking is very limited - ideally you do not drive - but if you do - your need to be mindful of being considerate to not just us, but our neighbors. South facing garden. Shared living room and Kitchen with fast internet connection. Access to utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer + ironing equipment.

About how we live daily: Fast paced but chilled environment. All of us work different work patterns - so work hard in the week then relax at the weekend. Quite often as a house, at the weekend we will watch a DVD / get takeaway food - Or if you enjoy the pub, we are a 5 min walk from 'The Swan' in Staines.
