I have two double bedroom for rent within an extended 4 bedroom semi detached house. I am a retired female teacher and I am preferably looking for students/professionals to share my home.
The rooms have a double bed, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The house is in excellent condition with oak flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs. There is a large through-lounge with a beautiful fireplace and tv. The huge kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, I would be surprised if you felt anything could be added! There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other has a corner bath. There is also a study downstairs too. The house has a wonderful veranda overlooking the large garden which is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine when the weather permits!
