I have a lovely large double room in a quiet area with good bus and rail transport links - Jubilee line, Stanmore. (Wembley Park 10 minutes, Finchley Rd 20 mins, Bond St 30 mins). Watford and rail overground (Harrow and Wealdstone) towards the North also within a bus ride.

Stanmore is a safe and quiet area of NW London town centre is 5 minutes walk and has all amenities, supermarket; banks . Cafes and restaurants. There is a bus stop approx 1 minute walk from my place.

I will be travelling abroad over the next 6-8 months so am renting out the main double room in my flat to supplement my travel costs! I will therefore not be around much so the tenant will have in effect the whole flat to themselves while I'm away. I will be using my flat as a base as I'll be back and forth on my travels.

Looking for a mature professional tenant who is clean & tidy and respectful, NS and no pets. Prefer a vegetarian however that's not a requirement.
While I will be in the country I would like to socialise over a drink or meal or film. I am no party animal! I also enjoy London and like to go to the museums and the theatre regularly.
