Located in a quiet cul design sac, 1 minute walk from Claire Road shops where there is a supermarket, take aways, cash points, pub and other shops. It is also a 1 minute walk from the bus stop with buses running to Staines, Egham, Heathrow and Hounslow.
There is a decent sized roof terrace accessed via the lounge which is in the sun all day long.
