Double room in beautiful newly renovated house available. Sharing with 1 social Male professional - although I work long hours so can come home late.

I'd prefer housemates between 24 - 40, social but not crazy, quiet and of course respectful of my space as I would be of yours, whilst being social and some one who I hope to call a friend.

I'm a social chap with lots of interests such as film, music, literature and travel and look forward to the odd night in and out and sharing my home with you. But the key term is that it is my home and I'd ask you to respect that and keep it clean and tidy.

Room and house is furnished and ready to go - it's 2 minutes walk from Bakerloo and Overground Lines and about 15 min walk to the Met Line.

Bills I will estimate at being approx 125 - 150 a month on top of rent.

When you see the place you'll want to live here immedately! It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
