Single room to let in quiet family home

My wife and I have a single room to rent in our family home where we let rooms to other young professionals. Rent includes all bills, free use of wireless internet, and of rear garden by arrangement. There is a large shared kitchen/dining room, and a bike shed is available for use on request.
Teddington train station is 10 minutes walk (zone 6), with frequent trains to Richmond, Kingston and London Waterloo. There is a bus route outside the house with a stop nearby, and shops are 10 minutes walk. House is 5 minutes walk to Teddington Lock on the River Thames.
We will have another single room available at the end of July - photos and details can be sent on request.
