The room is located in a large family home in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the river on the Teddington/Hampton Wick borders.
It is newly decorated with ensuite facilities, offers off-street parking, a small garden and access to extensive landscaped communal gardens which run right down to the river.
There is access to a large kitchen/diner.
John Lewis/Waitrose in Kingston is just over 10mins walk away. Hampton Wick station is a 6min walk. Various buses & good road access to A3 & M3.
I am a single mother with a 4yr old who has given up the big City job and am is trying to build an independent portfolio, working part-time and based from home. Hence we eat early, and by shortly after 7, the kitchen is usually clear
Rent includes bills (gas, elec, water, unlimited fibre broadband, cleaner etc.) - although it does assume you have a main home elsewhere on which you pay council tax & receive post etc - i. e. that my own single person's reduction may stay intact.
