The station is a short walk away with direct access to Waterloo and journey time of 30 mins. Excellent bus and rail links to Heathrow and also close to major motorways.
Tube Stations nearby - Piccadilly Line - Hounslow East/West/Central a short bus ride away.
District Line -Richmond, abus ride or 2 stops up the line to Waterloo.

The house is a family home with mature gardens and set back from the road.

The shared living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large flat screen TV.

The kitchen has all the usual amenities - washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas hob, electric oven. There is a bathroom upstairs with a spa bath and a shower room downstairs.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers, inbuilt storage and a bureau/desk .

There are two guys who live in the house, one is a chef and is from Cuba, the other is British and deals in property.

I am a busy, friendly professional who lives outside the house but on the premises.. I am an author, speaker, coach and I have an active social life.

The ideal tenant would be an independent professional person who will fit in with my two tenants and is happy to chat but also likes their own space.

I have a 3 legged cat that goes from my place to the main house and is outside most of the time.
