The rent is £650 per month NOT for the whole period. (Therefore from 18th May to 17th June £650) . Any longer periods is £150 per week extra.

Please be advised the current rent for the apartment I am paying £1200 per month (bills not included) so I am already offering this place more than the half price of what I am paying) - a huge discounted rate.

The rent you will be paying includes all bills onsite gym, work from home spaces, rooftop, bbq, cleaner every other week, gardens - TV included in the room with Netflix and etc. can provide towels and bedding too.

You would be sharing the flat with two other flatmates - they’re both male and professionals working in accounting.

Would suit an easy going person who enjoys watching sports and a beer and who also respectful and clean!

Would also be open to negotiate the rent for the right person - and sensible offers! ☺️
