It is only a 3 minute walk to Preston Road Tube Station (Zone 4), on the fast Metropolitan underground Line (17 mins journey to Baker Street). There is a Jubilee line connection from the next Metropolitan line stop. South Kenton Station on the Bakerloo line is a 10-minute walk away (24 min to Oxford Circus). Near the house there are also 3 different bus routes. On Preston Road there are shops including 2 supermarkets, grocers, chemists, banks, newsagents, bakers, restaurants and takeaways (Indian, Chinese, fish & chips, pizza, Subway sandwiches) etc.

The room will ideally suit a working professional, non-smoking and preferably female, 21-35 years old, you must be polite, clean and stable to be accepted for viewing!
