Also included is full use of a large lounge, open plan kitchen and washing machine. Garden and off street parking also available.

Rent is currently at £420 per month, bills not included. Virgin media broadband Wi-Fi is paid quarterly (£24 per quarter), Gas and Electricity are also quarterly and vary. Council Tax for brent is £30 a month but the house is paid up until April.

We are staying in this house after two years of living here and are looking for people to join us; this means we are not letting the rooms out ourselves. If you decide you like the house, we’ll put you in contact with our lettings agent to sort out the details (contract/deposit etc.)

We are a household of recent graduates/young professionals with full time jobs. We are gay friendly, sociable, and cultured, and encourage open-minded young professionals/students interested to come over for a glass of wine and a casual chat.
