Rent is £395 but with all bills it never comes to more the £500pm.
Ideally looking for a clean, sociable person that isn't a party animal but enjoys going out with the odd pizza and movie night in with the house mates!
The contract is a 12 month contract with a 6 month get out clause. So looking for someone that can commit and isn't going to leave after a couple of months like people love to do in London!
