Spacious Double Room in Quiet Friendly Environment

Hello :-)

We have a spacious double room available in our 2 Bed Flat/Masionette.
We are living out landlords, we would like someone Professional or Post Graduate student for the room available. The place is lovely and quiet and 2 mins walk away has Fryent Park, beautiful taken care woodland, with beautiful views. We are looking for Quiet & busy Friendly, Tidy Non Smoker Professional who once in awhile likes having a chat. We understand due to the circumstances right now you might have to work from home, as the place really quiet its quite easy to do that.

About the room and location
You will be sharing the kitchen with our quiet and friendly lodger who stays on the top floor with ensuite so the family bathroom the first floor would be fully accessible to you. the washing Machine and Kitchen is shared.
The room is very spacious double, we were using it for co sleeping with our toddler so we know., it has lovely windows and morning sun really adds the beauty to the room.

Like said before we are less than 2 mins away from Fryent County Park which is gorgeous for Runs, walks or just enjoying amazing countryside feel in midst of zone 4.
