The double room

A very nice double room is available in Wembley Sudbury Town area (Off Harrow Rd.). Local shops and the broadway are at the doorstep as well as Sudbury&Harrow Rail Station. Sudbury Town Station is around 5 minutes walk away. Close distance to Wembley High Rd. (5 min by bus) as well. The house is located in a relatively quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours.

There are 3 people living in the house currently (3 male). All people are relatively new comers as the house has just recently been refurbished. There are 4 rooms in the house so the number of people will not be more than 6.
The rent is £120 weekly for a single person.
Two weeks deposit is required and 2 weeks rent in advance.

All the bills are included in the rent so you don`t have to pay anything else.
We have a normal sized kitchen with a separate large living room. The room is fully furbished but in case you need something else that can be discussed too.
