I am a female, 28 year old, live in landlord looking to rent my spare room to a single female student / professional. I graduated with a BSc in maths and econ some years ago and work in the City.

It is a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat that has recently been refurbished, so my prospective flat mate essentially has a toilet and shower to herself.

- 6 min walk to Wembley Park tube station, which has metropolitan and Jubilee lines
- Asda basically opposite the flat
- Wembley Outlet shopping centre minutes away
- Large open plan living room and kitchen
