There are currently 4 males living there at the moment. Looking for someone clean and quiet, this is not a party flat. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed in the property. The room is available immediately. The rent is £550 per calendar month including council tax and broadband, but exclusive of gas and electric which is shared between the tenants. We would require a month's rent and a month's deposit in advance.
