Hello. I'm looking for a professional person to share my flat. The flat is on two levels and the room for rent is a double room.

The property benefits from a lot of upgrades including a new boiler, oven, microwave etc.

I live most of the week with my partner, although I do work from my house most weekdays and stay over two nights per week (very occasionally I will stay over an extra night). This means that the you will have the entire house lower level of the house to yourself for most of the week and weekend (the 2nd lower level room can be used as an office /drying room/some storage if you wish).

The property is located in Carrick Knowe and I'm lucky to have really nice neighbors. The garden is in first rate condition and is great for sitting out in in the summer.

The local tram stop in 4 minutes walk away and there are lots of buses within a short walk. There are plenty of local shops nearby as well as the Gyle which is 5 minutes by car or tram.

I'm looking for a professional person who likes music and film and is easy to be around. If you are looking for lots of space and freedom from others for most of the time, then this is the property for you.
