I have just moved in to this lovely flat mid October and I am delighted with it and I have a large single room to rent in a quiet and green setting. I feel safe at night walking around. I am looking for ideally a professional female to share with. Forrester Park Avenue, EH12 9AN.

I am a Social worker, and used to be a yoga teacher. I am looking or a relaxed, quiet, clean and tidy person like myself. I love reading, discussion, arts and science and I am a bit of a polymath. I am interested in social, political and environmental justice.

The room is £320 pcm (Parking available) + sharing bills. Deposit in line with the rent.

CT is band B: so that will be £51. 20 each pcm- over 12 months.
Gas and electric is about £35 per month.
Internet £13. 25 each.


Living Room:
There is a large living room and plenty of sunlight. I am an artist so I have tried to make it unique and cozy. A space for quiet contemplation , reading a good book rather than party’s. There is a new Combi boiler to keep us warm.

Kitchen:
Recently re-fitted with everything to make life comfortable; washing machine, microwave, cooker and stove, good fridge and freezer plenty and space for two. Lots of new pots pans plates ect.

Bathroom: In good condition with a spacious shower and immediate hot water.

Bedroom:
Single bed and all new bedding, plenty of room. Built in wardrobe with lots of storage . Table & chair. Nicely decorated in pale blue with 5 framed pictures. Two table lamps. Comfortable arm chair, lots of cushions for comfort. One radiator. Quiet and ideal for studying.
